Peer Support Practioner | Coach | Consultant | Speaker
Founder of Aitne Actualization & Empowerment
Peer support, community connection, and harm reduction are deeply engrained in my being.
As the founder of Aitne Actualization & Empowerment, I am dedicated to helping people unlock their potential, reclaim their power, and embody their truth while utilizing an approach rooted in lived experience, neurodivergent wisdom, and radical empowerment.
Through Aitne Actualization & Empowerment, I advocate for systems change while helping individuals and organizations transform how they approach healing, growth, wellness, and human connection. Whether through coaching, consulting, or public speaking, my work is about turning insight into action— making self-actualization not just aspirational, but accessible.
My journey into this work is personal.
I’m a survivor of domestic violence, human trafficking, and homelessness. I live with mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions, and I’m in recovery from substance abuse. For years, I navigated systems that weren't built with people like me in mind— often alone, often invisible.
I’ve been the person falling through the cracks—and the one crawling back out, reshaping my life in the process.
These experiences aren't just my past— they shape the way I lead, listen, and show up: with authenticity, radical empathy, and a deep belief that healing should never require perfection.
Professional Background
I’m a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-friendly, Certified Recovery Support Practitioner (CRSP), Certified WRAP Facilitator, READY To Stand Human Trafficking Prevention Facilitator, and a lifelong learner who believes that healing and learning go hand in hand.
I combine real-world experience with evidence-based tools to support individuals and organizations alike. Whether you’re here for coaching, collaboration, or community—you’re in the right place.
Professionally, I’ve spent years working in peer-led wellness spaces with deep experience in program design, harm reduction strategy, trauma-informed engagement, and survivor-centered systems change. I've held leadership roles at both MHANJ and CSPNJ— building community partnerships, coordinating & facilitating peer-led mutual support groups for adults navigating recovery, mental health challenges, housing instability and systems involvement.
Beyond The Work
When I’m not working, I’m probably outside. I’m proud to call the NJ Pine Barrens home and am happiest near trees or water. I have a love for conservation, fishing, sustainable agriculture, and quiet rituals that keep me grounded. I’m also a creative writer, a photographer, a self-taught student of philsophy, a tabletop RPG nerd, and a spiritual practitioner who believes that healing, reflection, and creativity go hand in hand. Everything I do—professionally and personally—is about creating space for people to grow into who they truly are.

My Core Values
-
Actualization
Growth is not linear—but it is always possible. I believe in each person’s capacity to transform insight into action, to live in alignment with their truth, and to reclaim a life that reflects who they truly are.
-
Empowerment
Every person is the expert on themselves. I honor autonomy, choice, and self-direction—not with prescriptions, but through options, encouragement, and the space to define your own path at your own pace.
-
Dignity & Compassion
Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and treated with unconditional respect. I hold space for complexity, meet people without judgment, and show up with presence, patience, and reverence for lived experience.
-
Mutuality
Healing is not a hierarchy. It’s something we co-create through shared experience, collective wisdom, and compassionate curiosity. I believe in walking beside—not ahead—and learning with, not from, others.
-
Personal Responsibility
While we cannot always control what happens to us, we do have power in how we respond, rebuild, and relate. I support people in cultivating ownership of their choices, needs, and growth—without shame, and without pressure to “get it right.”
-
Accountability
Accountability is not punishment—it’s care in action. I believe in holding ourselves and one another with honesty, humility, and a willingness to repair and grow when harm occurs. It’s about integrity, not perfection.
-
Radical Acceptance
Healing begins with naming what is. I support people in acknowledging their reality—without denying pain, forcing positivity, or pretending to be somewhere they’re not. Acceptance creates space for change.
-
Hope & Possibility
No matter how stuck, lost, or disconnected you may feel—there is always a way forward. I believe in hope that doesn’t sugarcoat, but endures. I believe in the possibility of healing, in all its forms.
-
Integrity in Practice
I do not pretend to have every answer. What I offer is grounded in lived experience, trauma-informed care, and practical tools—not rigid models. I bring structure where it's needed, flexibility where it matters, and realness always.
-
Lifelong Discovery
We are always becoming. Healing is not a destination—it’s a relationship with ourselves. I believe in evolving identities, changing truths, and the sacred right to grow, revise, and rediscover at any age or stage.
